鯉魚立地大稻埕商圈、三代傳承南北貨商鋪的深厚文化底蘊,開發以傳統珍貴食材入菜的當代臺菜料理,同時積極行銷品牌,社群經營、影音擴散、異業合作、媒體採訪、參與商圈活動等等。


除了實體餐廳,也開發多樣產品、鋪設多元通路,讓線上、線下整合,以培養顧客跨通路消費。
